I have two questions. The first is how do you change the spacing like when you are creating another paragraph. I know you can do it. I've done it. It will ask you if you want linear mode or whatever. The other one is how do you take a grade one document and translate it into grade two. Thanks so much. Sorry if I confused anyone.

Well the paragraph thing, I think you can do through the format menu. From KeyWord, press space with dots 2-3-4-6 (sorry I don't know the QT command) and change the presentation or the style from there. Or try doing a space with M, but I think that only changes the display. As far as translation, go to the File menu and look under the Translate menu. There is an option for Translate between Braille and Text. Don't think this is exactly what you were looking for, but I can't think of any better answers right now.
Thank you so much for your help.
If you want to change how the ends of lines are displaying on your braille note, first open a document in the word processor or book reader.
then under the options menu, choose braille display options, and then use the option labeled "Show new lines as"
The context sensitive help, h chord or the help key, will explain the options from there.
Hope this helps
